They say that on the thirtieth full moon of the year, for two seconds right after midnight, the poll creation button on Facebook slightly opens, but it hasn’t opened for me yet, so I can’t say anything about the audience there.

Overall, I’m happy for the Twitter users, although it’s generally logical to expect that in a social network blocked in the RF, the proportion of active participants living outside the RF will be slightly higher.

But, one way or another, there are quite a lot of people remaining in the RF, and I want to understand the spectrum of your excuses.
